### Motivation The workflows pin `sbt/setup-sbt` 1.5.13, and 1.5.14 is available. ### Modification Update the pinned SHA and version comment in all workflows, from `b113b960` (v1.5.13) to `67d461eb` (v1.5.14). The SHA matches the upstream `v1.5.14` tag. ### Result All workflows use `sbt/setup-sbt` 1.5.14. ### Tests - Not run locally, CI runs the changed action.
