Modification: Move max-frame-size.excludes from 2.0.x.backwards.excludes to 1.5.x.backwards.excludes with the same content as on 1.5.x, and change the max-frame-size @since tags from 2.0.0 to 1.5.0. Result: main matches the 1.5.x branch for this change.
