{{RyaAccumuloSailConfig}} and other associated OpenRDF Workbench classes do not
expose the table prefix. This issue becomes apparent when users try to create
multiple repositories (and these repositories overwrite each other).
It's unclear if we want to expose this, or just create a new name
(deterministic?) table prefix.
