Rya Clients have to include within their configuration information about how
the Rya Instance they are querying is structured and configured. For example,
the Client must know the names of the PCJ Tables that are part of the Rya
Instance in order to query them. If it isn't configured, it will scan the
Accumulo tables to discover them.
This is an unreasonable requirement of the Client. Information that all clients
needs to correctly query the instance must be stored and fetched from the
instance itself.
