Fix For: 3.2.10
The Fluo table for incrementally updating precomputed joins is not fully
integrated with Rya. The PrecomputedJoinIndexer (which is an implementation of
the AccumuloIndexer interface) is not being added to the list of indexers when
the PCJ flag is set. So the DAO is never adding to Fluo.
