I have cleaned up repo `afs/JenaSesame`:
1. Depends on Jena 3.1.0 - did the necessary conversions from the
incubating 2.7.0 (very old) to 3.1.0
2. Depends on openrdf 2.7.6 (same as Rya)
3. Removed a lot of old junk including the skeleton of the reverse layering
4. Reformatted to a more normal (these days) style.
5. Reorganized to be default maven layout.
The old code is tagged.
NB Jena 3.1.0 supports RDF 1.1. If you want RDF 1.0, use Jena 2.13.0. The
backport would mostly be reversing the package name changes.
