When a new PCJ is registered in with Fluo, the Rya Fluo App needs to import
historical results from the core Rya tables into Fluo. This is done by calling
CreatePcj#withRyaIntegration. When historical triples are added, their column
visibilities are not also being included. This allows users to potentially
access triples that they are not authorized to access when using PCJs to
evalauate queries. To prevent this, the CreatePcj#withRyaIntegration method
needs to be updated so that visibilities are included when historical triples
are ingested.
