I believe that {{PrecompJoinOptimizerTest2.java}} in the indexing project is
also being skipped. This has a test failure. I don't yet know enough about
the PCJ query planning to know if this is a legitimate failure or if the test
is expecting the wrong output.

One of the skipped "IntegrationTest"s looks more like a unit test and I think
is just expecting the incorrect output.
