## Description
Changed how metadata is written to Fluo by creating a ProjectionMetadata
node.
This separates the projection logic form the QueryMetadata node, which is
the topmost
node in the query. By adding a ProjectionMetadata node, the Rya Trigger
Service now
supports nested queries.
### Tests
Integration tests were added to test that the new ProjectionMetadata is
correctly
written to and read from Fluo. Tests were added to ensure that the
ProjecitonMetadata
is incorporated correctly into the FluoQuery. Finally, a number of
integration tests were added
to ensure that nested queries are evaluated correctly.
