Literature review on mongo support for forward chaining or percolator style
feature support.
requirements:
1) Scalability:
- Ability to evaluate large joins
- Store intermediate results to avoid redoing
2) Ability to add new queries dynamically
- Some systems require a restart in order to add new queries.
3) Ability to chain observers together.
