Currently the Rya Shell makes assumptions about the deployment environment
(hadoop, accumulo, and zookeeper versions) and constructs a shaded jar. This
should be fine for most deployments, but makes custom environments and security
fixes difficult. Add all dependencies to a lib directory, and break out the
ahz transitive dependencies to a separate directory.
