Description:
The `rya.pcj.functions.geo` should be added as a runtime dependency for
`rya.pcj.fluo.app` when the geoindexing profile is enabled.
- Need to cleanup circular and unnecessary dependencies from
rya.pcj.functions.geo
- Need to replace assembly plugin for the fluo-app construction since you will
need the ServiceResourceTransformer of the shade plugin to ensure service
loader entries get merged.
- Dependency should be added using a profile (not an optional dependency)
similar to how web.rya's pom does.
