Kevin Chilton updated RYA-460:
------------------------------
Description:
Unlike CONSTRUCT, which is just a query mechanism for creating statements and
writing them out to a stream, the INSERT operation needs to insert those
created statements back into the source Rya instance.
The interactor that registers the query also needs to register with the Kafka
Connect system that its results need to be fed back into Rya.
