   our purpose is to ensure that the user use ` 
org.apache.seata.rm.tcc.api.BusinessActionContextParameter` and 
`io.seata.rm.tcc.api.BusinessActionContextParameter` these two APIs can be 
compatible. You can use inheritance or override on the implementation, but try 
not to cross each other. This ensures consistency of logic and maintainability 
of the code.
