This does not look like a requirement to encourage outside contributions. Hi PJ, I agree with your opinion. Initially, the contributors to the Seata community were mainly Chinese. To help our Chinese colleagues better understand the main changes in Seata, we divided the changelog into Chinese and English versions. Moreover, having both changelogs simplifies the release manager's work for each Seata release. However, the Seata community now has more international contributors, so I believe the Chinese version of the changelog should be removed. There are many AI tools available now that can help translate the changelog into Chinese, so I think keeping only the English version will not have any negative impact.
