Issue Description seata2.5.0使用seata-namingserver打开控制台，从命令行给的地址进入控制台未见到前端页面，服务器报404，加上/api发现返回401，官网也没有说明如何对seata-namingserver进行配置 ### Ⅱ. Describe what happened 拉取源码与官网下载的压缩包进行对比后发现seata-console不一致，具体为resource/static下官网压缩包内没有携带console-fe前端项目文件，对应源码项目路径为incubator-seata-2.5.0\console\src\main\resources\static\console-fe ### Ⅲ.
