### Ⅰ. Describe what this PR did
The code here likely has a timing issue. The test code executes the
configuration change operation immediately after calling addConfigListener, and
the listener may miss the event notification before it is fully registered. In
a CI environment, this timing issue may occur intermittently due to changes in
system load.
```java
zookeeperConfiguration.addConfigListener(dataId, changeListener);
zookeeperConfiguration.putConfig(dataId, "value2");
```
I solved this problem by increasing the wait time. A 200-millisecond wait
time is sufficient for Zookeeper to complete the listener registration,
preventing the timing issue from occurring. I also correctly handled the
interruption exception using `Thread.currentThread().interrupt()`.
### Ⅱ. Does this pull request fix one issue?
<!-- If that, add "fixes #xxx" below in the next line, for example, fixes
#97. -->
fixes #7890
### Ⅲ. Why don't you add test cases (unit test/integration test)?
### Ⅳ. Describe how to verify it
### Ⅴ. Special notes for reviews
