Root Causes Fixed
1. ConfigurationTestHelper.putConfig() 60s timeout — the file config
listener never detects system property changes, causing
every putConfig call to block for 60 seconds. Fixed by using
System.setProperty directly.
2. NettyServerBootstrap.shutdown() 13s sleep — transport.shutdown.wait=13
means every server destroy in tests sleeps 13
seconds. Fixed by setting transport.shutdown.wait=0 in test configuration.
3. shutdownGracefully() default 2s quiet period + 15s timeout — the Netty
event loop shutdown adds unnecessary wait. Fixed
with shutdownGracefully(0, 2, SECONDS).
4. Sequential test execution — added forkCount=2 to both seata-server and
seata-test modules.
5. Thread.sleep(3000) in startServerSimple — replaced with intelligent
polling (saves 2-3s per test using this method).
