I have submitted PR #8204 to address this issue.
The PR adds a **Configuration Architecture** section to
`script/config-center/README.md` that includes:
1. Explanation of the two configuration files (`application.yml` vs
`config.txt`) and their respective roles
2. An architecture diagram showing the config flow between server, config
center, and client
3. A FAQ section answering the common questions raised in this issue:
- Where should `seata.config.nacos.data-id` be placed?
- What does `config.txt` do?
- Should I use `config.txt` or `application.yml`?
