At this stage, ShardingSphere has no plan to implement. If you want to override the behaviour of full-routing when no sharding column, you can have a try `Sharding Hint`, doc: https://shardingsphere.apache.org/document/current/en/manual/sharding-jdbc/usage/hint/.
