Expected behavior
After ShardingSphere-Proxy proxy, the time zone is Asia/Shanghai，same as a
direct connection.
Actual behavior
This version of ShardingSphere-Proxy doesn't yet support this SQL.
After ShardingSphere-Proxy proxy, tthe time zone is eight hours apart.
My shard dataSources url configuration parameter is
`jdbc:mysql://192.168.1.1:3306/test_db1?useUnicode=true&serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai`
