refactor current github action to do followings: 1. Add checkstyle check in every integration test to make sure it will not be triggered if checkstyle failed 2. transfer some action like windows/macos platform test, JDK 17、18 test, MySQL 8.x、PG 11、14.. in to daily test 3. merge something common into same action, such as only keep codecov but drop the duplicated CI test. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
