Changes proposed in this pull request:
- `e2e.yml` is changed, only `test/e2e/suite/**` changes will trigger E2E.
Currently, even pipeline E2E changes will trigger suite E2E, it's unnecessary
to do suite test
- Also update `distribution/proxy/` paths filtering
