Exception case:
1. start Proxy.
2. CREATE DATABASE `CREATE DATABASE test_db;`
3. REGISTER STORAGE `REGISTER STORAGE UNIT test_db
(URL="jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/test_db",USER="sharding",
PASSWORD="sharding");`
4. STOP MYSQL ("127.0.0.1:3306")
5. restart Proxy.
