In pipeline job, use trunk database type SPI implementations for branch
database type, e.g. reuse MySQL SPI implementations for MariaDB.
Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Add PipelineTypedSPILoader
- Use PipelineTypedSPILoader to replace TypedSPILoader.getService or
findService when type is databaseType
- Refactor default SPI impl: DefaultPositionInitializer and
DefaultColumnValueReader
- Update other places by real test
