Review Comment:
   How many values `long datetime` could be? Seems all of them will be `0` 
after `& (0x8000000000L - 1)`, and `0000-00-00 00:00:00` should be only one 
value, so I'm not sure whether it's correct or not.
   
   It's better to find related official document and put it here, then we could 
discuss about it.
