RaigorJiang opened a new issue, #25162:

   There are now `jdbc:openGauss` and `jdbc:opengauss` in the project, they are 
functionally equivalent, but this will confuse the reader.

   We should unify the style and use lowercase, refer to `jdbc:postgresql`
