wrong.

- Kubernetes distro (e.g. RKE/K3s/EKS/OpenShift) and version
pitr/README.md
### Issue description
- Which phase is not functioning properly, is it the installation phase or
the apply CRD phase ?
1、The compilation environment is not described in the "Softwares" section of
pitr/README.md
2、Add the description of the procedure for using the generated encrypted
file to the "SSL Configurations“ section.
3、The "Deployment" section needs to optimize the step description
