Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Remove invalid Jakarta EE 8 dependency LICENSE. The use of
`javax.annotation.**` comes from `com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305:3.0.2`, not
from `jakarta.annotation:jakarta.annotation-api:1.3.5`.
`com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305:3.0.2` related LICENSE already exists.
- Revisiting #29384 and #29577. There is an error description in the
JavaDoc and the related classes are not parsed through the JAXB API. The loose
constraints set by `@XmlAccessorType(XmlAccessType.FIELD)` should be equivalent
to `@JsonAutoDetect(fieldVisibility = JsonAutoDetect.Visibility.ANY)`.
- Investigation into
https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-dataformat-xml/issues/628 requires
updating `jackson-dataformat-xml` to 2.16.1.
