Currently, proxy module doesn't depend on shardingsphere-jdbc module, which
cause migration exception (depends on ShardingSpherePipelineDataSourceCreator
in shardingsphere-jdbc module).
Make pipeline-core module depend on shardingsphere-jdbc module for now.
