Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Remove the test of Local transactions for ClickHouse integration module
in nativeTest.
- ClickHouse JDBC Driver has removed support for local transactions in the
new version, which makes the behavior of MergeTree tables on ClickHouse fall
back to the same as Iceberg tables on HiveServer2. It is reasonable to remove
the integration test of local transactions under GraalVM Native Image. See
https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-java/issues/2023 .
