   Logic SQL: SELECT event_id, MAX(status_id) AS latest_status_id
       FROM tb_name
       GROUP BY event_id
       HAVING latest_status_id IN (0, 2)
   
   ### Actual behavior
   
   SELECT event_id, MAX(status_id) AS latest_status_id
       FROM tb_name_2025_04
       GROUP BY event_id
