pipeline E2E depends on driver SQLs execution. Currently, not all SQLs are
tested in SQL-E2E, e.g. schema in PostgreSQL and openGauss.
So we try to add more driver test IT for MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. Commons
SQLs could be tested in IT quickly, and easier to troubleshot and fix.
This is the start. More tests will be added later.
Changes proposed in this pull request:
