Hello maintainers, I would like to investigate this bug. I will reproduce
the drop-and-recreate policy behavior through PostgreSQL-protocol
ShardingSphere-Proxy, trace stale metadata handling, and submit a fix with SQL
regression coverage. Please assign this to me.
