Support quoted and special-character identifiers in MCP encrypt and mask workflow planning by normalizing delimited input and rendering generated DistSQL, validation SQL, DDL, and index artifacts with escaped identifiers. Preserve case-sensitive rule identity when planning or validating rule changes, and add regression tests for quoted, special-character, and case-sensitive identifiers.
