Remove outdated automatic rollback and planner input limit wording, and replace it with SQL generation boundaries aligned with current identifier handling. Simplify troubleshooting docs by removing internal code-improvement notes and rewriting diagnostics as user-facing failure actions. Apply the updates to both Chinese and English documentation.
