Add focused harness unit tests for deterministic MCP payload, model-contract, and baseline assertion behavior. Trim programmatic MCP E2E tests that duplicated unit-covered handler, protocol, recovery, metadata, and contract branches while keeping runtime boundary coverage for HTTP, sessions, Docker-backed metadata/SQL, workflow state, and redaction behavior.
