## What Fixed `<excldue>` → `<exclude>` in the apache-rat plugin config in `pom.xml`. Maven silently ignores unknown tags, so `**/*.MD` was never excluded from license checks. ## Why One-word typo fix so apache-rat actually honors the uppercase `*.MD` exclude. ## Test Diff-only change to a POM exclude tag; no runtime behavior change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
