Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Fix nativeTest failures under GraalVM Native Image caused by refactoring.
- Based on the discussion at
https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-actions/pull/992 , the use of
`graalvm/setup-graalvm` is permitted by ASF Infra, so there is no need to
manually download GraalVM CE in the CI.
- Since ShardingSphere no longer depends on
`com.fasterxml.woodstox:woodstox-core`, the HiveServer2 JDBC driver must now
use its own `com.fasterxml.woodstox:woodstox-core`, eliminating the dependency
conflict.
- The Woodstox JAR contains the entry
`META-INF/services/javax.xml.stream.XMLInputFactory →
com.ctc.wstx.stax.WstxInputFactory`. Under JAXP rules, once Woodstox is present
on the classpath, it supersedes the JDK's default implementation via SPI,
becoming the provider returned by `XMLInputFactory.newFactory()`. However, the
`ACCESS_EXTERNAL_DTD` property—unconditionally set by
`JDBCRepositorySQLLoader`—is specific to the JDK implementation; Woodstox does
not recognize it, resulting in an `IllegalArgumentException`.
