I do not recommend adding more abstractions, configuration options, or sampling strategies; the current implementation is sufficient and avoids unnecessary complexity. ### Evidence - The semantic V0 stability decision is now based on deterministic evaluation identity. - Unchanged semantic inputs no longer trigger stochastic baseline/candidate comparisons. - Changed semantic inputs use focused confirmation with bounded concurrency. - All samples and diagnostic results remain available for investigation. - The normal V0 execution path remains unchanged. - 114 unit tests passed. - V0 validation completed with zero regressions. - The full network semantic V0 run passed. - The preserved 154-case result was successfully regraded against the final deterministic logic. - `git diff --check` passed. ### Coverage Reviewed local changes in: - `.codex/harness/agents/run.py` - `.codex/harness/agents/test_run.py` - `.codex/harness/agents/semantic-verification.md` CI results were not reviewed because this was a local implementation candidate.
