The five-file local candidate passed code correctness review. No confirmed
semantic regressions were found.
### Evidence
- The full semantic stability check passed: 166 cases, 310/310 source-read
traces, and transport validation. All three new Jev cases passed
candidate-majority confirmation.
- Baseline-free bootstrap validation, 119 unit tests, and `git diff --check`
passed. AGENTS.md is 12,977 bytes, below its limit.
- The existing defensive-code case was expanded only to accept observed
equivalent wording. Its required actions, reasons, and prohibitions remain
unchanged.
### Coverage
Standalone local candidate based on `35d0ca51e6e3`. The review covered
`AGENTS.md` and
`.codex/harness/agents/{cases.toml,run.py,test_run.py,semantic-verification.md}`.
Root cause, impact, tests, runtime behavior, and final convergence were
reviewed with no unresolved findings. This is a local code-scope conclusion; CI
