Both values now read repository variables directly, with no new defaults or alternative paths. ### Evidence - The exact-diff check confirmed that only the two expressions changed. Output contracts, cache-prefix generation, job-enablement conditions, and the initialization runner were preserved. - YAML parsing, structural comparison, and four initialization scenarios passed. git diff --check exited with code 0. - The single-file Spotless check passed with exit code 0 and covered exactly one file. - Searches for github.repository, github.event_name, and || in the target file returned no matches. - The independent defensive-code audit passed. Checkstyle was not applicable. RAT was unnecessary because no files were added and no license headers changed. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate based on 755889a446fa, containing only the two-line change in the target file. Behavior, contracts, consumers, and verification were reviewed, with no out-of-scope changes or additional findings. GitHub CI was not reviewed.
