Fixes #39941.
Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Support `op_batch_regblob`, `op_batch_blob_stream`, `op_batch_set_bpb`
and `op_info_batch`
- Resolve batch BLOB IDs in `op_batch_exec` and move BLOB values to the
statement parameter types as Firebird `mapInOut` does.
- Add Firebird error codes and status vectors for these operations.
Verification:
The same requests were executed directly against a real database and
through the proxy, and the results were compared.
- Server: Firebird 5.0.10
- Clients: Jaybird 5.0.13, Jaybird 6.0.6, isql 5.3.0
Known limitations:
Some differences from Firebird remain that do not yet allow using BLOB,
BATCH and BATCH + BLOB in full. Part of them are in this implementation: moving
BLOB values to date, time, boolean and decimal parameters, invalid bytes
of text BLOBs, and the transaction state after some errors. The rest are
in the existing code: packet decoding in the codec and parameter description. I
will fix them in follow-up pull requests.
