   ### Result

   **Review Result: Mergeable**

The 8 replacements preserve existing execution behavior under the
established official repository configuration and the verified fork PR
scenarios.

   ### Evidence

   - Only 8 repository checks changed. Matrices, companion predicates, status
functions, dependencies, and execution steps remain unchanged. The remaining 6
root-job checks and 5 official publishing/reporting checks were preserved.
   - MCP and Operation downstream jobs remain subject to implicit `success()`
checks and unchanged root jobs. SQL retains its complete matrix and status
dependency chain. The existing fork PR failure caused by an empty runner
remains unchanged; these replacements do not constitute a fix for that failure.
   - YAML parsing, exact-delta checks, producer-output checks, and state-model
comparisons passed. Both precisely scoped `spotless:check` commands exited with
code 0, covering all 3 files; the unchanged SQL verification result was reused.
Checkstyle and RAT were not applicable. The independent defensive-code audit
and final convergence review found no blocking issues.

   ### Coverage

Standalone local candidate against original baseline
`891bc8bf6abbf9aeff182e0421f2669edb1730a3`. Fully reviewed
`.github/workflows/e2e-sql.yml` (3 replacements),
`.github/workflows/e2e-mcp.yml` (3), and `.github/workflows/e2e-operation.yml`
(2), including their ancestors and consumers. Root-cause, blast-radius, and
test/runtime reviews, followed by a final convergence check, were completed
without unresolved evidence gaps. Unrelated changes were preserved. This
verdict covers code correctness only. Existing public runs provided behavioral
evidence; CI for the new candidate was not reviewed, and GitHub Actions were
not triggered.
