Changes proposed in this pull request:
- `FirebirdBatchReleaseCommandExecutor` throws
`InvalidBatchHandleException` when there is no open batch, so the client
receives an `op_response` with `isc_bad_batch_handle` for `op_batch_rls`, and
the connection stays alive.
- `FirebirdBatchCancelCommandExecutor` likewise responds to
`op_batch_cancel` without a batch with an `isc_bad_batch_handle` error, and
discards the batch if one is open.
Verification:
The same protocol packets were executed directly against a real database and
through the proxy, and the results were compared.
* Server: Firebird 5.0
* Clients: Jaybird 6.0.6
