### Result **Review Result: Mergeable** Added both default values as agreed. No blocking issues found. ### Evidence When variables are unavailable, upstream PR checks run on ubuntu-latest. Configured values retain priority, and workflows running in forks remain disabled by default. Both defaults address confirmed missing inputs and explicit user requirements; the independent defensive-code audit passed. YAML and Bash checks passed, along with 8 behavior scenarios. Four configured scenarios matched the baseline. git diff --check exited with code 0. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate based on e81d2b9fafbe. The only task changes are .github/workflows/reusable-global-environment.yml:39 and :46; unrelated changes were excluded. The review covered shared environment defaults through three perspectives: root cause and behavior, impact and contracts, and verification and execution. Compatibility, security, and cost were checked. No new findings or unresolved gaps remained after convergence. The local Spotless check used an exact single-file filter, exited with code 0, and confirmed that one file was checked. Checkstyle does not apply to this YAML file. RAT is not applicable because no files were added and no license headers changed.
