   ### Result

   **Review Result: Mergeable**

No actionable correctness, scope or defensive-coding findings. The frozen
local candidate meets the requested two-case Native acceptance.

   ### Evidence

   - Independently verified the fresh Native executable and report: both
original `RDLE2EIT.assertExecute` invocations passed; **2 tests, 0 failures, 0
errors, 0 skips**, exit 0 and BUILD SUCCESS.
   - The original storage registration, rule creation, SQL execution, column
metadata, row counts and individual value assertions remain intact.
   - JVM resource branches: **2/0/0/0**. JDBC and Proxy regressions: **20/0/0/0
each**. Matrix regression: **155 passed**. Scoped Checkstyle, Spotless and RAT
passed.
   - Five Native branches, three required-path assertions and one optional-file
predicate preserve existing contracts. Conditional metadata has concrete
owners; no new runner, fallback, retry or mutable state.
   - Native execution retained the repository’s Warn mode: **69 registration
warnings, 37 distinct messages**. The warning audit found no assertion masking.
Strict zero-warning execution and invalid-configuration EL message behavior are
outside this acceptance.

   ### Coverage

Standalone local candidate: all eight task files against baseline
`0a1ad58db7f4fa04712b28c9e1bbc65557375518`, HEAD
`b8499a2f6e9f14dc4aabcc88f1b4db500b5d24de`, plus the attributed local delta.
All eight hashes match the validated candidate.

Reviewed resource loading/test metadata, CI matrix behavior and production
reachability metadata through root-cause, blast-radius, tests/runtime and
defensive-code lenses. No unresolved code-scope gap. Remote CI was not reviewed.
