### Result **Review Result: Mergeable** The local tool compatibility fix is complete. Only four lines in the root POM were changed; fork=false and the matcher source remain unchanged. ### Evidence - Full reactor test-compile and spotbugs:check exited with code 0. All 443 projects succeeded; 259 reports covered 14,232 compiled classes with zero analysis exceptions. Execution took approximately 6 minutes. Unit tests were not run. - The three originally failing modules reported zero analysis errors and zero missing classes. HTML report generation, the targeted root POM Spotless check, and full reactor RAT checks all passed. - The reports still contain 2,453 warning records and five missing dependency classes in Hive. These require separate analysis. The existing failOnError setting and filtering policy were preserved. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate reviewed against baseline 957d5d5ea3658619acb556ec8797ae03b284763d and the pre-edit working tree. Scope covers only two version properties and the detector coordinates in the root POM. Root cause, impact, dependency compatibility, runtime verification, and final scope checks were completed. An independent defensive-code audit found no new constructs. Checkstyle is not applicable to this POM-only change. External JaCoCo edits were excluded from this change.
