### Result **Review Result: Mergeable** HTTP 429 no longer causes failure. All non-excluded files are checked before the final result is returned, while other check errors still fail the job. ### Evidence - Verification passed using the pinned checker version, a local HTTP server, and seven scanning scenarios. HTTP 429 passes; HTTP 404, HTTP 500, connection errors, and checker errors still fail. - Bash syntax, YAML/JSON parsing, diff checks, and the exact-file Spotless check passed with exit code 0. The independent defensive-code audit found no issues. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate based on ae5992ad5a70b2b335e8558d83ca9a08279613ac, covering only the task changes to nightly-check.yml and markdown-link-check.json. Classification, scanning, and exit behavior were reviewed across all three discovery lenses and the convergence pass, with no unresolved issues. Checkstyle does not apply to YAML/JSON. RAT is not required because no files were added and no license headers changed.
