Error stack traces remain enabled through `MAVEN_ARGS`. ### Evidence - All 16 workflows and 52 Maven invocations checked: no remaining duplicated `MAVEN_ARGS` defaults or environment overrides. - YAML and effective-option comparisons confirm that build goals, profiles, threading and failure behavior are preserved. - Spotless checked the changed file successfully; `git diff --check` passed. Both exited with code 0. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate: original baseline `b1e09e9444f9`, previously committed settings at `4156674af74`, plus two local line replacements. The complete 15-file task scope was reviewed; unchanged files retain their earlier verification. Root-cause, impact, runtime verification and convergence reviews are complete, with the previous finding fixed and no unresolved findings or added defensive code. Unrelated link-check changes were preserved and excluded. Checkstyle and RAT are not applicable to these existing YAML parameter changes.
